Rhapsody in Blue Stables began operating in 1989 as an Arabian training, sales and breeding facility in the Atlanta, Georgia area. In
1996, the program moved to the whispering pines of southwest Alabama and has enjoyed growing the business and perfecting the
skills of the staff at the 50 acre facility in Chatom. The picturesque farm boasts a 30 stall barn with a spacious aisle way, a 55'
covered round pen with observation deck and a large outdoor arena. The farm is part of a several thousand acre parcel and affords
riders miles of trails and logging roads which are used not only for recreational riding, but implemented into the regular training routine
as well.
Having taken three plus years away from the show ring to develop and support Dreams Therapeutic Riding Program, we are once
again considering selected horses for our 2007-2008 show team. The current Fee Schedule is below. (Discounts listed at end of page)

Board and Training $650.00/ Month
Show or pleasure; Halter or performance. Fee includes Board, Training, Conditioning, and Grooming.
Supplements, vet/medical, farrier, etc. are additional. [*See Below]
Stall Board / Layup $325.00 / Month
Available when a full board and training horse is temporarily rested due to a health need as determined
by Rhapsody in Blue Stables management. Includes light conditioning/exercise and routine medical
treatment.
Base Show Fees:
Class A Show $550.00
Regional Championships $1,000.00
Egyptian Event $2,000.00
Scottsdale $2,000.00
Youth Nationals $1,850.00
Canadian National Championships $2,000.00
US National Championships $2,000.00

Additional Show Fees:
Entry / office & drug fees, AHA & USEF non-member charges, class fees, show bedding, pro-rated tack
stall, stall charge, pro-rated hospitality and any other miscellaneous charges are not included in the base
show fee.
Transportation $0.75 / Mile
Minimum Transportation Fee $250.00
**All Show fees, entries, and transportation charges must be paid in full prior to show departure. Once
entries are made, owner is responsible for all related charges of show attendance.

Equipment: barn halter, lead, winter blanket, hood, and any other equipment deemed necessary by
Rhapsody in Blue Stables, if not provided by the owner, will be purchased at the owner’s expense.
Vet & Farrier: Owners are responsible for vet/medical and farrier charges for their horses. These fees will
be billed by Rhapsody in Blue Stables or billed directly by the vet or farrier performing the services.
